Are there any bathroom breaks?
Yes, there will be a bathroom break half-way through the tour.
Is there an age restriction on the tour?
The Downtown Phoenix History & Culture Trolley Tour is most suitable for ages 10 and older. Special rates are available for youths, ages 10-17.
Are your tours wheelchair accessible?
Our Downtown Phoenix History & Culture Trolley Tour is able to accommodate folding wheelchairs only. Passengers in a wheelchair can be accommodated on tours only if they can get on and off the tour vehicle on their own. We will advise if there are any issues. Email us at
Do we have to walk?
Our Downtown Phoenix History & Culture Trolley Tours alternate between sitting and brief walking. We stop a minimum of two times per tour, and although we encourage getting off the bus for photos and exploration, you are more than welcome to stay on the bus if you choose.
What should I bring with me on the trolley tour?
Food is not permitted on the trolley. Drinks are allowed but must be carried in a sealed container. Since we use small tours to keep the tours intimate, we cannot accommodate luggage. However, anything that you’re comfortable having on your lap or under your legs is fine with us.
Guests may want to consider wearing comfortable walking shoes since we will be getting off and on the trolley a few times. A camera is also highly recommended.
Do I need to bring my booking confirmation to get on the bus?
No, just bring yourself! The booking invoice is mainly for your records. To board our trolley, we just need the first and last name of the person who booked for your party. AZ Resident ticket holders will need to bring proof of residency (AZ Driver’s License or other document with current address) and show the tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
