What is your cancellation policy?
For all of our tours, we offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled tour. All tours cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. If we cancel a tour due to weather or otherwise, we will issue you a 100% refund. Our guides are always ready, but if the forecast is showing a strong likelihood of rain on the day of your scheduled ride, it will be up to us to cancel the tour and keep you safe. We also offer rescheduling options for a future tour date without penalty.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes! We offer private tours. Contact us for more information.
Do you pick up from a hotel?
Please note we do not currently provide hotel pick-ups. We would love to pick everyone up from their hotel, but we find that having one convenient pick-up and starting location works best for the quality of the tour. The starting locations for all of our tours are centrally located and within walking distance from all of our Downtown hotels.
Is my payment secured?
Please note our reservation system is secure and offers SSL security on all credit card purchases.
What are the age limits for your tours?
Due to legal and insurance reasons, the age limit for our walking tours is 16.
Are your tours presented in any language other than English?
At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.
What is the advantage of using Vox headsets?
Groups generally use a Vox tour guide system for walking tours or visits to museums. It allows the guests to hear the guide regardless of ambient noise.
